This is a prop only. May be used as stock.
Modeled on an original exhibit tag. These were in use from the 1950's up until the late 1990's. Mostly in the court system, they were also used as general object naming tags within police stations.
The text itself has been simulated to appear as if it were printed through one of the old presses, hence the blurring effect.
I have added the manila card layer only as an example. The text is a separate layer altogether.
If you want to print this for a prop, delete or hide the manilla layer, and print to a manilla tag available from most newsagents. Attach to item with thin white string for added effect. On the back, hand written item description lines can be placed. Crumple the corners up and get a bit fingered looking, and you'd have an almost exact replica.
