I imagined what the poster (or VHS dustjacket) might look like for "vampires limited" if it was ever made by Universal studios around the 1950's.
There is a short story called "vampires LTD" by Josef Nesvadba. Unfortunately, it's rather hard to come by.
In essence, the plot goes that there is a car that runs on blood. When a new driver gets in, the blood is sucked through the accelerator pedal. The story plays on mans (and womans) desire to win. Yes it's the fastest car on the road, but it'll eventually kill you!
I used my usual combination of paint-shop-pro and photoshop.
I'll resist the temptation to supply a step by step on how I processed this.
