Devious Journal Entry

Journal Entry: Mon Dec 8, 2008, 4:40 AM
I'd like to say simply, enjoy what you see here. Comment without fear of offending, that's a damn hard thing to do, to someone who holds little regard for peer pressure.

Some things I've put an extreme amount of time into, some I haven't.

If I don't respond to your messages, posts, etc, don't fret or get excited. I'm not a fricking octopus. I have other stuff to do as well.
Your message was read, so think of it as "no news is good news".

Um, yeah. Hello. I guess.

So this is like a quick description of what's going on, blah blah etc

I'd like to point out the obvious...
I'm not a "professional" in anything I do. I get an idea to do something, and run with it until I get bored, or another idea pops in there. Or I don't do it at all.
I will admit, I know stuff. That's because I've taken the time and effort to actually research before and after I do things. It's important. Kind of like holding a light up in the dark, you can see a whole lot better with it, than without.

I tried schooling for art and got booted because I wasn't textbook. As in, I didn't follow what was prescribed to get my wittle bitty bit of paper to acclaim "I can do it".
Buggered if some fancy pants two bit clown is going to force me into making boxes with sea-shells and dolphins on them in order to get marked. (BTW, I made a coffin)
Plus they tried to make me use the grotty art student facilities. To hell with that idea, I dirtied up the business student facilities. That went down like, well, you know what.
And to those same people who said I needed that bit of paper... fat lot of good that would have done anyway. I may as well as used it as toilet paper. I've still won design competitions, and sold quite a few pieces of my "art". So there. ;)

I'm not constantly stuck into one genre or style, and I prefer to keep it that way. I do however have my leanings towards certain areas.

Finally, I'd like to say simply, enjoy what you see here. Comment without fear of offending, that's a damn hard thing to do, to someone who holds little regard for peer pressure.
